Google Touring has some useful tours. How about creating your own ?
This is another Keyhole Bulletin board placemark - contains links to loads of 360 degree virtual panoramas which are scattered around Europe. Well worth visiting. Similar to the Eye 2 Eye product which can be purchased on CD Rom via e-Learning credits (as I did...)
